Joanna has worked with specific learning difficulties for over ten years specialising in diagnostic assessments for adults particularly in the workplace and at university. She believes that specific learning difficulties are part of the rich pattern of human diversity. Whilst they can cause difficulties both in the workplace and for academic learning, with appropriate support and understanding these can be managed to enable each person to achieve their full potential. Joanna is a member of a British Psychological Society working group dedicated to enabling people to work effectively. She has a flexible and pragmatic approach to her work and always tries to ensure that recommendations are relevant to the individual and appropriate to their particular situation.
